After a few delays, Wren House Brewing Co. is finally getting ready to open its newest location in Paradise Valley at 4568 E Cactus Road.

Previously, What Now Phoenix reported on Wren House set to open its first North Phoenix outpost at PV, the massive Paradise Valley Mall redevelopment project led by local real estate firm RED Development, scheduled to open sometime this year. Now, the company has updated its opening timeline, saying the new location will open in early 2025, according to AZ Central. In addition to the new opening date, Wren House Brewing recently released the first renderings of the new concept.

“We’re so excited at this next evolution of Wren House, bringing something truly unique to The Valley and Arizona in general,” Co-owners Drew Pool and Bill Hammond, owners of Wren House, said in a statement. “Wren House Paradise Valley will be a cask-focused brewery and bar where you can expect to find our award-winning beers alongside some fresh versions of them on a cask engine. You heard that right, Spellbinder on cask coming soon! We fondly remember growing up in and around PV Mall, and we can’t wait to make this area a destination again.”

Once it opens early next year, the new Wren House Brewing Co. will join several recently opened concepts in the redeveloped Paradise Valley shopping center. Fox Restaurant Concepts’ Flower Child and Whole Foods recently opened in the development, along with other restaurants and retailers, including Blanco Cocina + Cantina, Upward Projects’ Federal Pizza, TEN Sushi, Trevor’s Liquor, and Sephora. Wren House is based in Phoenix and has locations in Ahwatukee and Prescott. House of Form will design the new location, and Finn Architects is the architect.

“Together, we merged and blended the best of both worlds — the classic charm of European pubs with the unique essence of the Arizona desert,” Dala Al-Fuwaires, CEO of House of Form, said in a statement. “Wren House PV will feature custom upholstery that tells the story of the space, along with label art celebrating the years that shaped it. Guests can enjoy a cask ale experience that’s visible and interactive, offering a deeper appreciation for this traditional brew.
