According to documents filed with the City of New Orleans, a new restaurant concept called Prime 504 is coming to the Warehouse District.

Located at 514 S Rampart St., Prime 504 is a restaurant concept coming from Jasmine Thomas and professional trainer Maurice Flippen. Owners have filed for a liquor license that would permit beer, wine, and liquor. The location used to be home to Cru Lounge Bar and Grill. What Now New Orleans reached out to the owners but did not receive any comment.

Prime 504 would be located on the border between the Central Business District and Warehouse District. This area is already home to several acclaimed restaurants, such as Maypop and Willa Jean, and another restaurant would make this area even more of a dining destination. Prime 504 would also be another option for guests of the many premium hotels in the area, including the Virgin Hotels and Ace Hotel. Co-owner Flippen comes from the world of personal fitness and currently owns Earn Dat Body Fit Campus, which is located at 1857 Agriculture St. The fitness center recently unveiled a self-care series that includes meditation and stretching routines.
