Kelleytown Village, a 66,387-square-foot shopping center in McDonough, has been sold to an undisclosed buyer.

Franklin Street’s Atlanta-based Retail Investment Sales Team of Bryan Belk and John Tennant arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, Georgia and Alabama-based Venture South Investments, LLC

Kelleytown Village, located at 3500 Highway 155 N., was newly constructed in 2022. It features a tenant lineup of Publix, Your Pie, Allure Nails, UPS, 100% Chiropractic, and other service-based retailers.

The shopping center was 96 percent occupied by local and regional tenants at the time of the sale.

“Grocer-anchored assets continue to be the most sought-after investment category in the retail shopping center space due to their stable income streams,” Belk said in a press release. “Publix has continued to be the dominant grocer in the state with the most units and continues to push expansion, to gain market share.”
