According to recent public records, a new Asian restaurant is coming to Cedar Park. Holly Wu will be built up at 13521 Ronald W Reagan Blvd.
“We’ll serve Asian food, but mostly Chinese,” partner Chin “Jimmy” Ng tells What Now Austin.
Mr. Ng, a local restaurant owner, shares that he owns “a couple” of local restaurants, including the popular Lin Asian Bar + Dim Sum.
When defining his role in the venture, Mr. Ng states that he is essentially a partner who is working behind the scenes to get the restaurant up and running. Behind the food and beverage component will be Chef Ling and his two daughters, Sofia and Holly.
So, when will this exciting new restaurant open?
“Fall next year,” he says.
Construction notes detail the “Interior and exterior renovation/alteration of existing restaurant (3929 sf) and addition of outdoor lounge” that will cost around $1,500,000.
