According to recent public records, the expanding hot dog chain Portillo’s is looking to soon open a new central Texas location in Del Valle. The official address will be at 3525 Momentum Wy.
A TDLR filing examined by What Now Austin outline an impressive 6250 SF, $5,000,000 project that will consist of a “New build, quick service restaurant, drive thru & indoor / outdoor dining with multi-occupan restrooms” set to reach completion in late August.
What Now Austin reached out to representatives to gather more information about this exciting new development in the central Texas food and beverage landscape, but did not receive responses by time of publication.
Readers unfamiliar with the brand can expect a classic American fast-casual concept with a strong Chicago influence, serving hot dogs, burgers, sandwiches, ribs, italian beef, salads, and pasta.
