Jeff’s Bagel Run is making its way to Clear Lake with its newest location set for 923 Bay Area Blvd. This marks the second Houston-area lease for franchisee Brian Hess, who is spearheading the brand’s multi-unit expansion into the region.
“This is the second lease we’ve signed in Houston. We’re still very early in the process and haven’t started building that one out,” Hess said in reference to the Bay Area Blvd location. This upcoming location will include a highly anticipated drive-through, one of the few in Jeff’s Bagel Run’s portfolio, enhancing convenience for busy customers.
Hess also revealed updates that will enhance the Clear Lake experience, including seasonal bagels and a rotating “bagel of the day.” “We may have specialty partnerships with other local businesses like popular pizza places to do a pizza bagel occasionally,” he noted, adding that collaborations with local businesses will be a key feature.
The Clear Lake lease follows Hess’s first Houston location at 3849 Bellaire Blvd Suite A, Houston, TX 77025, which is nearing its opening. “We’re waiting for the last permit, but we’re hoping to have a soft opening on January 6th and a grand opening on January 8th,” Hess confirmed for early 2025.
With plans to open five locations in Houston, Hess’s multi-unit deal demonstrates Jeff’s Bagel Run’s commitment to growth in the region. Bagel enthusiasts in Clear Lake can look forward to the combination of classic recipes, seasonal favorites, and innovative partnerships by Quarter 2 or 3 in 2025 dependent on permit approvals.
