Town Square Las Vegas will soon be home a glamorous new nightlife spot: Guest House. Brought to Vegas by RDM Hospitality, the new restaurant will allow guests to enjoy top-of-the line dining while avoiding the chore of “navigating traffic on the Strip, paying for parking, and dodging tourists on a frenetic trek through a bustling casino floor,” says recent coverage by Eater Las Vegas.
“We’d like to be that one place the local community can go without going into a hotel on the Strip that has access to the highest level of food, wine, and spirits paired with in-demand music programming all under one roof,” RDM Hospitality founder Raj Kumar says in the coverage.
The Guest House concept was originally conceived in Las Vegas, the coverage says, but circumstances ultimately aligned for a debut first in Austin, Texas, where the Guest House became “a celebrity magnet that attracted Michael Jordan, Gordon Ramsay, Steve Aoki, and other stars.”
“Welcome to The Guest House – A new social dining experience in Austin, TX and opening soon in Las Vegas, NV,” says the Guest House website. “We are redefining the dining experience, infusing timeless classics with a modern twist. Our restaurant is perfect for any occasion, whether it’s a casual meet-up, business meeting, or a special celebration.”
“The ‘New American’ menu will include popular dishes from the original location, including chicken tenders, steak tartare, beet salad, and spicy rigatoni,” says the Eater coverage. “The restaurant will bake its buttery feuilletée brioche daily and laminate it in front of guests in a window-enclosed corner, where fresh pasta will also be made during the day. Other offerings will include hot and cold seafood items, an expansive caviar menu, and exclusive Vegas dishes such as foie gras French toast and wagyu with fresh shaved truffle.”
What Now reached out to RDM Hospitality owner Johann Moonesinghe to inquire about plans for the opening at Town Square. Moonesinghe could not immediately be reached for comment.
