A new restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner is preparing to open in late winter/early spring in Miami Beach. Called Cave305, the new restaurant is a brand new project from the team that brought Miami Beach Montana’s at the Colony Hotel as well as Rakija Grill.
Plan review documents submitted by Open Vision One LLC show an opening planned for 1560 Collins Ave.
“Everything is brand new,” co-owner Marija Banjac told What now on Thursday. “So we’re still doing some remodeling, but we’re almost there.”
Cave305, which Banjac says will open in March, will offer a breakfast menu featuring classics like avocado toast, eggs, and corned beef hash, followed by straightforward lunch choices like pizzas, pastas, burgers, and sandwiches. Then, after closing from 4 to 5 p.m., the menu will launch into dinner: then it’s all about steak, seafood, fish, grilled chicken, and a selection of desserts.
There’s room inside for well over 100 guests, along with outside seating.
