According to recent public records, a new Asian establishment is coming to Orlando.

Set for 7750 Palm Parkway, Ji Bei Chuan will be the newest establishment in this fast-growing part of town, establishing itself near popular brands White Castle and Portillo’s.

What Now Orlando briefly reached out to owner Kongdong Wang to inquire about the restaurant’s menu, concept, and opening date.

“We will serve noodles,” Mr. Wang laconically told What Now Orlando. This spot, he says, is the brand’s one location.

When asked when the restaurant will finally open, Mr. Wang simply, states “January.”

Hungry for more information about Orlando’s newest noodle bar, Mr. Wang was asked if there was a website with additional information.

“I’m working on it,” he said.
