According to recent reporting in Orlando Weekly, Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream, a popular local eatery has earned a spot at the upcoming additions to Orlando International Aiport, representing bright stars in the city’s local culinary landscape.
Mentioned briefly in a recent OBJ report, owner Kelly Seidl said the expanding chain “may soon line up locations in Lake Mary and Lake Nona.”
“Kelly Seidl’s passion for ice cream and people took shape during nursing school when she took a part-time job scooping ice cream,” the official website states.
“Years later, Kelly and her husband, Scott, moved to Central Florida and discovered there was no local, hand-dipped ice cream – so they decided to make their own!”
No opening dates have been set.
