According to recent reporting, Black Bean Deli, a popular local chain, has earned a spot at the upcoming additions to Orlando International Aiport, representing bright stars in the city’s local culinary landscape.
Unfamiliar readers can expect a classic Cuban cafe menu consisting of sandwiches, traditional plates and coffee alongside contemporary offerings such as salad bowls, “Cuban bowls” and more.
“As the visionary, culture director and creative force, I aim to preserve Cuban traditions through our food, coffee and experience blending abuela’s kitchen with timeless design,” owner Andres Cortón says on the official website.
“I want to build restaurants in repurposed buildings that hold historical significance to their neighborhoods. Our vision for aesthetics aligns with preserving tradition—Respect the past, Embrace the Future.
