According to a recently submitted alcohol license application, a new eatery listed as Asian Fusion Buffet is gearing up to open in Concord.
Coming to Sun Valley Mall, the restaurant will join concepts such as Hello Chicken & Sushi, Mazeh Sandwich & Cafe, and Plus 82 Korean BBQ.
The concept’s owner, Joe Zheng, tells What Now San Francisco that the business will serve “Mongolian BBQ, American food, sushi, crab legs, oysters, and have a salad and dessert bar.” Additionally, beer and wine will be offered
Indoor and patio seating will be available, and the spot will accommodate 300 people. Zheng continues, “The price is affordable but the restaurant is high-end.”
An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
