According to SF Eater, smash burger pop-up Smish Smash will soon take residence at Saluhall, joining existing tenants such as Casa Borinquena, Kayma, and La Venganza.

Co-owner Amy Han — who operates the business alongside her partner Chef Victor Donado — tells What Now San Francisco that the concept was founded in 2020, “there was no one doing smash burgers at that time,” and that they “just had one menu on the menu for the first week.”

On the menu, locals can expect to find the “OG, a smashed burger patty topped with yellow American cheese, onion, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and the S1 sauce, as well as the Cheeseboiga, which pairs the patty-American cheese combo with caramelized onions, pickles, and Vic mac sauce,” according to the Eater.

Smish Smash will open at Saluhall on January 25.
