According to a recently submitted permit application, Kinjo Sushi and Grill is gearing up to debut a new spot in Milpitas.
Coming to 1747 N Milpitas Boulevard, the eatery will land near establishments such as BBQ & Crab Milpitas, Golden Sun Palace, and Kalesa.
What Now San Francisco spoke briefly with the concept’s owner, Michael Liang, to inquire about the upcoming spot, but he could not provide additional information before publication.
Nevertheless, the Kinjo Sushi and Grill website offers a brief introduction: “At Kinjo, we offer more than just a meal—we provide an authentic Japanese experience in Calgary. With thoughtfully designed interiors and a diverse menu, each of our seven locations is crafted to deliver a memorable dining experience that goes beyond traditional expectations.”
Locals can expect to find breakfast sandwiches, ramen, fried chicken, and sushi on the menu.
An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
