New Concept, Rouge, Preparing to Open in San Carlos

According to a recently submitted alcohol license application, a new concept listed as Rouge is readying to open in San Carlos.

Coming to 890 Laurel Street this spring, the business will land alongside establishments such as Lou’s Cafe, Lulu’s on Laurel Street, and Nothing Bundt Cakes.

What Now San Francisco spoke briefly with the concept’s co-owner, Huseyin Tosun, who operates the business alongside his wife, Sema Tosun. While he confirmed the name and address of the eatery, he could not provide additional information before publication.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
