According to an article from the Statesman Journal, First Round Boba and Crepes aims to debut in Salem at 112 Hrubetz Road SE.

First Round Boba and Crepes announced that they are hiring for their grand opening date, which will be sometime in October but looks to have been delayed. Business licenses and the article from Statesman Journal state that the team behind La Isla Bonita in Tualatin.

“First Round Boba and Crepes is building out its location but hasn’t announced an official opening date yet. The business launched an Instagram account in mid-July to share construction updates. In September, they teased an October grand opening, but those plans have since been pushed back.”

The property itself, according to McKillion Real Estate Group, has ongoing construction at the forefront. “Construction on this building is in the works. This new mixed-use development has various uses available and will meet the needs of the growing South Salem Community. Building B, 112 Hrubetz is approx 3321 sf with frontage on Liberty Rd and outdoor patio/seating.”
