Pappasito’s Cantina is making its way to Katy with a brand-new location confirmed for 20526 Katy Freeway. A representative for Pappas Restaurants shared the news, stating, “Pappas Restaurants is pleased to announce the opening of a new Pappasito’s Cantina in Katy, Texas.”
The new location will feature the classic Pappasito’s Cantina design, complemented by modern updates to enhance the guest experience. According to the representative, “Our new Katy location will showcase our classic Pappasito’s design along with some fresh updates. Guests can look forward to a spacious patio, two private banquet rooms, an expanded dining area, and a U-shaped full-service bar.” These additions are expected to provide an inviting atmosphere for both casual diners and those looking for event space.
One of the most recognizable elements of Pappasito’s branding, the iconic rocket, will be prominently displayed on the restaurant’s exterior. “The iconic Pappasito’s rocket will be featured on the exterior, adding a familiar touch,” the representative confirmed. Guests can also anticipate the full menu that has made the brand a Texas favorite, from sizzling fajitas to signature margaritas.
“Construction will begin in Fall 2025, with more updates to be shared as we move closer to opening. This expansion marks an exciting step as we continue to grow westward in the Houston area,” the representative explained.
