According to Palo Alto Online, Craftsman and Wolves — a Bay Area bakery that currently has locations in Palo Alto, Valencia, and Yosemite — is planning to open a Mountain View location shortly.

Coming to 400 San Antonio Road, Suite 4, the concept will land near establishments such as China Wok Restaurant, Mendocino Farms, and Pacific Catch.

For readers who are unfamiliar with the business, “Craftsman and Wolves offers an ever-changing menu of pastries, cakes, breads, croissants, confections, confitures, desserts, and light fare seven days a week,” according to its website.

The statement continues, “This rotating offering has garnered accolades in Bon Appetit, GQ, Martha Stewart, Food & Wine, and Food Network’s ‘Best Thing I Ever Ate,’ featuring our infamous ‘Rebel Within’ muffin.”

According to the Journal, “Bakery Craftsman and Wolves [is] anticipated to open later this month.”

What Now San Francisco reached out to the concept’s Executive Pastry Chef, Samantha Ceccotti, to inquire about the expansion, but she could not provide additional information before publication.

Stay tuned for updates.
