According to a recent permit filing, Silver Ball Social Club aims to debut in Vancouver at 114 E Evergreen Boulevard.

According to its Facebook page, Silver Ball Social Club is “Vancouver, WA’s premier bar, arcade, and pinball destination.” The company’s liquor license was filed on February 7th for a spirits, wine, and beer rest permission.

Silver Ball’s website highlights a few of the game options, such as Big Guns, Catacomb, and Godzilla. For the arcade, Street Fighter II, R-Type, and Tron are listed as options. The website also lists events and the menu as “coming soon.”

The property, according to Loop Net, was built in 1928 and renovated in 1964. The building is listed to boast 10,000 square feet of space. The property listing describes the property as “Historically renovated.”

“A timeless showcase for a retailer looking for great visibility elevated from street level on an intersection corner. Great new tenant in Suite 108. Local art gallery, Trusty Brewery, and Rand Jewelry are all great neighboring tenants.”
