Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is heating up the Houston area with two brand-new franchised locations, spearheaded by CSM Group. The popular fast-food chain, known for its crispy, flavorful fried chicken and signature Louisiana-style sides, will soon serve fans from fresh locations in Spring and Pattison.
According to permits on file, both projects carry an estimated cost of $1,000,000 each and will be built from the ground up. The Spring location will be constructed at 20130 Farm to Market 2920, while the Pattison branch will be located at 29811 Jordan Crossing Blvd. Each restaurant will feature a 2,540-square-foot space designed to cater to the brand’s growing customer base with efficient service and comfortable dining areas.
The demand for the Popeyes‘ iconic menu items, like the spicy chicken sandwich and Cajun fries, remains high, and CSM Group is ready to meet that demand. It is clear that not only just one location is necessary to do so, but two, aiming to provide convenience to the customers of the area. As these new locations take shape, Houston-area fans can look forward to easier access to the brand’s bold, Southern-inspired flavors in the near future.
Construction for both locations is set to begin in June 2025, with completion expected by May 2026. The identical timelines and building plans suggest a coordinated effort by CSM Group to streamline development and bring these sought-after restaurants to market simultaneously.
