According to a recently submitted alcohol license application, a new eatery listed as Lavash Mediterranian is preparing to open in Livermore.
Coming to 4561 Livermore Outlets Drive, the eatery will land near establishments such as Cali Kid Burgers ‘n Shakes, Residence Inn Livermore, and Taj Mahal Flavors of India.
What Now San Francisco reached out to the concept’s co-owner, Pegah Habibian, to inquire about her plans for the spot, but she could not provide additional information before publication.
Nevertheless, it appears to be related to the business Lavash Mediterranean Restaurant and Catering — located at 3576 Mt. Diablo Road in Lafayette — which, on its Facebook page, introduces itself as a family-owned and operated Greek restaurant “committed to the Lafayette community to bring healthy food within a special ambiance.”
An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
