Even as PopUp Bagels prepares to rollout its first brick-and-mortar location in South Florida in Delray Beach this spring, more planned locations are coming to light. PopUp Bagels Adam Goldberg told What Now last month that a location would also opening in Aventura, and now, coverage by the Miami New Times shows a third location planned before the end of the year.
That third location will open in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood, in the 801 Brickell building in “late 2025” (the New Times coverage also specifies that the Aventura location will open this summer, although it doesn’t say yet where it’s precise location will be).
This massive expansion come after a successful Miami pop-up run, leading PopUp Bagels—which also has four locations in New York, four in Connecticut, and two in Massachusetts—to invest in the South Florida market.
“We’re also opening franchising,” PopUp Bagels founder Adam Goldberg told What Now on Thursday. This includes a location being to be launched in Tampa “this summer” by franchisee Kal Gullapalli.
Opening in 801 Brickell Building, PopUp Bagels will be joining Komodo Miami.
