This spring, a new restaurant will start serving banh mi at the intersection of Maryland Parkway and Del Mar Street. According to licensing paperwork submitted to Clark County, Banh Mi House will be opening in suite 3 at 4626 S Maryland Parkway.

“We’re still waiting on the paperwork,” owner May Tran told What Now on Thursday. “We’re hoping to open in the beginning of May.”

Further details on the Banh Mi House brand are still under wraps, Tran said, as the menu is still under development. We’re waiting for an update: what can we expect to find on our banh mi? Will there be any other Vietnamese dishes on offer? For the moment we have to wait and see.

Joining a retail center called University Gardens Shopping Center, Banh Mi House will be part of a restaurant community that includes Einstein Bros. Bagels, Chewy Boba Company, Bowlology, and Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican.

Stay tuned for updates as more information becomes available.
