The Cheesecake Factory is expanding in the area with a new location set for 29216 Hempstead Rd, Cypress, TX 77433, according to a permit on file. The restaurant will be a new-build spanning 10,892 square feet, complete with an interior dining space, a commercial kitchen, and an exterior covered patio to enhance the guest experience.
The permit details show an estimated construction cost of $5 million that will be used to create the freestanding haven everyone has come to know and love. This addition to Cypress is expected to bring the brand’s signature expansive menu, known for its variety of dishes ranging from pastas and burgers to seafood and, of course, its legendary cheesecakes.
This location will mark another step in The Cheesecake Factory’s continued growth in Texas, catering to the area’s increasing demand for full-service dining options. The restaurant’s arrival is anticipated to be a much-wanted addition to the local dining scene, offering residents a new go-to spot for brunch, lunch, and dinner.
Work on this new outpost is slated to begin in May 2025 with a projected completion date in November 2025.
