A small batch gourmet cake bakery in Dallas will soon be serving up twice the sweets with a second location.
Coming to Flower Mound‘s River Walk development, Cake4One is expanding and will open a new shop at 3900 River Walk Dr, suite 100. “Tentative opening date is set for July 2022,” owner Kelly Merklein shared in an email to What Now Dallas.
The forthcoming retail store will be located within The River Walk at Central Park.
Created by Merklein in 2017, Cake4One offers single-serving freshly baked cakes in a variety of flavors and sizes that come in convenient, portable jars. The bakery also customizes their creations for special occasions, develops gift boxes, delivers locally, and ships nationwide. Cake flavors include birthday bash, carrot, chocolate, lemon, Oreo, red velvet, strawberry, and Texas pecan.
“Cake can be enjoyed anytime and anywhere,” Cake4One’s website reads. “It doesn’t have to be limited to just special occasions.”
