An Oklahoma-based restaurant with a menu full of American diner food is coming soon to Irving. WePancakes will be located at 2427 W. Airport Fwy., Irving, TX 75062. The new spot boasts nearly 5,000-square-feet of space, according to leasing intel obtained by What Now Dallas.
The family-friendly restaurant’s original location is in Midwest City, Oklahoma. “We are specialized in creating great breakfast, lunch and dinner experiences created with passion. From pancakes, scrambles, to freshly brewed coffee, we have a wide variety of food and beverage in our menu,” stated the WePancakes website.
The menu features more than a dozen types of pancakes from Birthday and NY Cheesecake to Blueberry Lemon Ricotta and Double Chocolate. Waffles, French toast, and crepes are also on the menu.
If you prefer something other than breakfast or brunch items, you can enjoy burgers, sandwiches, burritos, or chicken strips. Tilapia, fajitas, and country fried steak are also on the menu.
There is no official word on when WePancakes will open its doors to Irving diners, but the restaurant’s Facebook page states it’s “opening soon.”
