Sushi Box is planning a Prosper location, according to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Owner Deuk Lim told What Now Dallas that this location at 2215 University Drive #300 aims to open in April of 2024.
Sushi Box currently has locations in Rockwall, Mckinney, Dallas, Frisco, Allen, Wylie and Lake Dallas & Corinth, with the upcoming Prosper location rounding out 8 locations in Texas.
According to the website, Sushi Box began in 2014 and has since remained a family operation. Rockwall was the flagship location, and owners hope to continue their trajectory of growth.
“We want to deliver high quality sushi at a low ball price,” the website says, featuring an extensive menu of fresh, baked, and special rolls as well as crunch rolls, rice-free rolls and sashimi.
