Flower Mound chicken fans, get ready for your next culinary obsession. Bonchon Korean Chicken is bringing its distinctive Eastern approach to fast-casual cuisine to the area next year.

Documents filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation show that the restaurant, located at 2450 Cross Timbers Road, #100, will occupy 2,918 square feet. Owner Shoil Narsidani tells What Now Dallas that he is aiming for an early March opening.

Bonchon has made a name for itself through its delicious menu of Korean favorites ranging from fried chicken to bibimap. However the Flower Mound location will feature other Asian favorites. “We will also be selling bubble tea, Japanese desserts, and full Japanese sea food items”, Narsidani states.

Flower Mound foodies can look forward to a full and engaging night out alongside a delectable meal. Narsidani explains that Bonchon will satisfy appetites for entertainment as well as the hunger for good food. “We will also have a full sports bar inside along with virtual games for customers to enjoy”, he explains.

Flower Mound night owls can look forward to grabbing a midnight snack at the eatery before heading home; Narsidani states that Bonchon will be open until 2 am.
