Rocky Mountain Momo Making a Grand Entry in Greenwood Village

Recent real estate records show that a new dumpling concept will be coming to The Shops at Greenwood Village. A business named Rocky Mountain Momo will take over the space at 9678 E Arapahoe Rd., lease comps state. 

The estimated opening range for the restaurant will be early 2024, owner Prachyut Shrestha told What Now Denver. A lease for the 1,228-square-foot space was signed early this month with Broad Street Realty. 

Momos, a South Asian delicacy, are steamed dumplings with sauce and spices. They can be made in many different variations, including soups and broths. Rocky Mountain Momo’s website states that the eatery will have the largest momo selection in Colorado. 

“Bringing Everest’s culinary excellence to the Rockies…Our momo offer a taste of the Himalayas, right from Colorado’s backyard,” a message reads.
