A new Molecule Effect location will be a drive-thru and walk-up store, according to Westword. The concept will be coming to a property at 2215 S Broadway to offer grab-and-go options to town.

The space is a small yet strategically placed location, near the intersection of Broadway and Evans, which is a busy part of the city. It is a building that previously housed Bambu, a tea brand.

There will be a patio area with outdoor seating, and a large parking lot. The brand has plans to host summer market and put on movie nights and live music on-site. Work is being done inside and with painting the exterior of the building.

The original The Molecule Effect in Santa Fe Arts District shut down, but there the Wash Park outpost is very popular. Owners Mark Landman and Megyn Rodgers told Westwood the coffee and wine bar company would reopen in Santa Fe again if given the right opportunity.
