209 Broadway was formerly home to the Trail West boot store, selling authentic cowboy boots to honky tonk patrons on Broadway since 2014. The space is now slated for a Bottled Blonde restaurant and bar to take over this fall, according to recent permits.

Though an exact grand opening date is not currently known, it’s likely that the location may open doors in October or November of this year, pending permitting and construction efforts are completed in a timely manner.

The Scottsdale-based brand operates as an Italian restaurant during the day and a nightclub at night, with a beer garden that caters to both day and night activities. Bottled Blonde currently has four locations in Dallas, Houston, Miami, and Scottsdale, with two others on the way in Las Vegas and Gilbert, Arizona.

“We’ve put a modern spin on classic Italian kitchen recipes and paired them up with the best of German bier garden craft beers,” states the Bottled Blonde website.

The Nashville location of Bottled Blonde is expected to have an emphasis on nightlife and live music since its prime location on Broadway is central to the city’s busiest entertainment district.

Customers can expect a wide variety of appetizers including truffle fries, mac and cheese, mozzarella sticks, chicken wings, antipasto, eleven different pizza options, pasta, sandwiches, and salads on its food menu. Its bar offers a curated selection of hand-crafted cocktails, over 25 beers on tap, and wine.

What Now Nashville reached out to Bottled Blonde founder and co-owner Diane Corieri for comment, however, Corieri was not immediately available.

Keep up to date with the upcoming opening of Bottled Blonde Nashville on its website.
