Long-awaited entertainment venue The Pinnacle is gearing up for opening. It is expected to officially open its doors in March at Nashville Yards, according to the Nashville Business Journal.
The music venue, a collaboration between real estate investment company Southwest Value Partners and live entertainment company AEG, will be 125,800 square feet and have a seating capacity of 4,500.
The space will also include backstage dressing rooms, showers, laundry and office space for artists and their teams.
The entertainment venue is expected to host artists of every genre, in addition to other events like comedy shows, children’s shows and live podcasts, AEG regional vice president Mike Ducharme told the Business Journal.
In addition, the venue will feature a large rooftop bar that will be open before and after shows. It will have capacity to hold 400 and will sometimes offer its own events.
There will also be concessions at The Pinnacle for events, alongside an in-seat drink service for those with premier seating. The drink menu will feature local breweries.
“When you think of Nashville, we didn’t want to build something that didn’t feel credible to the local community. We’re working with several local artists to curate a collection of art throughout the entire venue. We wanted really warm-toned woods. We wanted it to feel like a place that belongs in Nashville, that the local community will be like, ‘This feels like home,’” Ducharme told the Nashville Business Journal.
