Jason’s Wine and Spirits, a four-decade DTLA Fashion District mainstay, is eyeing a nearby relocation.

The wine, beer, and spirits convenience store, at 110 E 9th Street Suite A2, is seeking the necessary approvals from the City of Los Angeles to move to a free-standing two-story building just a few blocks away, at 828 S Main Street Los Angeles.

If approved, Jason’s would open its retail store on the property’s ground level and its offices on the second floor alongside a tasting room and events space.

There could also be a 166-square-foot stage within the events and tasting area for acoustic-only live entertainment.

The retail portion of the space would be 6,364 square feet and the tasting room and bar would occupy 1,339 square feet with seating for 63.

In its new home, Jason’s would be open daily from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. with the tasting room/special event space operating from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m., Monday through Friday, and 11 a.m. to 2 a.m., Saturday and Sunday.
