AMP Lots next year will be home to an organic bakery and cafe called Healthy Indulgence, the first-known tenant for the new DTLA Arts District mixed-use.
Healthy Indulgence will be situated in a corner space fronting 7th and Imperial Streets, according to the latest AMP Lofts site plan.
The new eatery, “HI” for short, wants Angelenos to “get HI” off its good-for-you baked goods, coffee, wine, and craft beer.
Additional details are scarce, but Healthy Indulgence is aiming for a 2020 opening, according to a splash page for the bakery and cafe.
What Now Los Angeles has reached out to owner Tatiana Brunetti for comment.
AMP Lofts is looking to fill several additional ground-level tenant spaces.
Desired uses include restaurant, retail, and fitness across nearly 20,000 square feet.
The dog-friendly residential mixed-use has started leasing its apartments and offers amenities like a large commercial courtyard with outdoor seating, a gym, pool, sauna, clubhouse, and “workshop.”
