Heemo Sushi is bringing its 50+ years of sushi experience to Duarte’s Buena Vista Marketplace, located within 1193-1231 Huntington Dr.
According to owner Han Jun Cho, the second location is set to open either later this year or early 2022. The 2,000 square-foot location will offer the same quality ingredients as its original location in Orange, CA.
“We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant,” according to the restaurant’s website. “That’s why we source our fresh ingredients and only use ingredients that are in season and available locally.”
Heemo Sushi was opened in 2019 by sushi chefs JP, Brian, and Tony. The original location features an assortment of fresh rolls, tempura rolls, deep-fried/ baked rolls, specialty rolls, and other small dishes, alcohol, and desserts.
Buena Vista Marketplace offers a handful of restaurants and retailers, including The Habit Burger Grill and Magic Wok.
