Popular Northern California Mediterranean chain restaurant SAJJ Mediterranean is doubling down on its SoCal locations, opening new sites in DTLA, Santa Monica, and Huntington Beach.

The company, led by CEO Zaid Ayoub, currently has a handful of locations in Northern California and sites in Westwood, Irvine, and Santa Monica’s Colorado Center (via Kitchen United MIX). Now SAJJ Mediterranean will expand to Downtown Los Angeles at 630 W 6th Street, Santa Monica’s 3rd Street Promenade at 1315 3rd Street, and Huntington Beach at 7151 Warner Avenue Suite 105, moving into the former home of Blaze Pizza. The exact opening dates of these new sites are unknown.

The company also has a new location coming to Redondo Beach at 1109 S Pacific Coast Highway and Lake Forrest through a partnership with Local Kitchens, which will house the new Santa Monica location. At the beginning of the year, the fast-growing Bay-Area-based Mediterranean fast-casual concept also partnered with Kroger, the nation’s largest grocer, to house various national and regional restaurant concepts in-store. On top of that, SAJJ opened its first ghost kitchen location in Los Angeles on January 18.

The new locations prove the Mediterranean restaurant is nowhere near slowing its expansion through California. If this brick-and-mortar expansion wasn’t impressive enough, the company also has a food truck and catering available for large parties and events. Because of these various expansion plans and a foundation based on several core values, this company has earned multiple awards and accolades for its growth efficiency.
