Board & Brew — a sandwich and craft-beer concept founded by Tom Powers in 1979 — will soon debut another location at 30734 Russell Ranch Road Suite D, Westlake Village, CA, 91362, according to a liquor license filed with The State of California.

The franchise will be helmed by John Hubbard of Hubb Management Group, LLC.

A What Now Los Angeles interview with Hubbard is forthcoming.

According to the company’s website, Board & Brew has been a SoCal staple for decades, providing customers with a “simple, straightforward menu and consistent everyday value.”

What’s more, Board & Brew credits its secret sauce with being the third member of its success trifecta.

“Ask any diehard Board & Brew fan what really keeps them coming back,” the site explains, “and they’ll say the same thing: our secret sauce! It’s a true original that tastes great on any type of sandwich.”

The menu boasts clean, delicious-sounding sandwiches like the “Turkado” — turkey breast & Jack cheese topped with avocado, served on sourdough bread with mayo, onion, tomato, and lettuce — as well as the self-explanatory Veggie Supreme, Italian Sub, and many more.
