First up, Roni Cleveland and Chef John Cleveland of Post & Beam will debut a restaurant concept at the Natural History Museum — 900 Exposition Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90007 — in mid-March.
While the museum hasn’t officially disclosed the eatery’s moniker, theme, or approach, Eater recently reported that the outpost “will reflect Post & Beam’s style.”
Then, in 2024, the museum will open a cafe from Joe and Celia Ward-Wallace, owners of South LA Cafe and overseers of NHM’s entire food and beverage program; the cafe will debut in an incoming wing of the museum.
