A Starbucks drive-thru will open at 9080 Woodman Ave Arleta, CA 91331. Additional addresses listed in recently-filed plans include 14108 and 14116 Nordhoff Street.
According to a conditional use permit, the coffee shop will take over the above addresses and ultimately “deviate from the commercial corner development standards.”
Part of the location formerly served as home to a KFC, with the remainder of the lot presenting as parking.
The Nordoff neighborhood just behind the incoming Starbucks is heavily residential while Woodman Avenue is littered with small & large businesses.
