Health Nut — an LA-based eatery that started primarily as a vitamin store in 1988 — is opening its fifth location at 8900 Venice Blvd #108, Culver City 90232

What’s more, CEO Steve Choi tells What Now Los Angeles that the concept will continue expanding throughout LA, adding to its Woodland Hills, Sherman Oaks, Manhattan Beach, Culver City, and Santa Monica ( also opening soon) locations.

Per the brand’s website, Health Nut:

  • Has its produce delivered daily
  • Tears its own lettuce to maintain the freshest salads
  • Cooks chicken with no oil, butter, or fat
  • Homebrews its refreshing mango iced greentini
  • Serves world-famous dressings
  • Offers a myriad of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options

Health Nut’s fresh-focused menu includes clean & crisp salads, spring rolls, lettuce & tortilla wraps, poke, soup, simple yet delicious sandwiches, paninis, melts, juices, and a unique list of dressings that can be purchased by the bottle.
