Mini Kabob — a family-owned and operated passion project helmed by Armen Martirosyan and his parents — is opening another outpost at Topanga Social, an incoming food hall by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) and Earl Enterprises.

According to Westfield Topanga, the food hall should open this spring. Additionally, a representative from the brand told What Now Los Angeles that Topanga Social is in direct partnership with all 25 food and beverage concepts.

“Topanga Social is a curated collection of 25 specialty food and drink venues, an indoor/outdoor cocktail garden, and the first-ever outposts of LA’s hottest pop-ups,” explains Business Wire

The multi-unit, 50,000+ square foot “gastronomy mecca” will have three full-service bars, multi-vendor food ordering, local delivery, a private event space, and a speakeasy-style secret arcade.

As for Mini Kabob, the homestyle operation offers fresh and delicious fare including starters like hummus and eggplant caviar, salads, and protein-packed main entrees piled with rice and charred veggies.
