Jay Bird’s Chicken — a restaurant chain developed by Heinrich Stasiuk, Owner & CEO of Wild Thyme Restaurant Group, and Chef “Jay” Bogsinske — is coming to Westfield Topanga’s new food hall, Topanga Social.

According to Westfield Topanga, the food hall should open this spring. Additionally, a representative from the brand told What Now Los Angeles that Topanga Social is in direct partnership with all of its 25 food and beverage concepts. This will make the incoming Jay Bird’s location the company’s first franchise.

The multi-unit, 50,000+ square foot “gastronomy mecca” will have three full-service bars, multi-vendor food ordering, local delivery, a private event space, and a speakeasy-style secret arcade.

As for Jay Bird’s, the eatery serves up massive poultry-based sandwiches topped with cole slaw, pickles, and even mac & cheese. Crispy crinkle-cut fries — with salacious dipping options like Comeback Sauce, Big Sexy Sauce, buttermilk ranch, and Smoked Tomato Ketchup — are then tossed on the side to create the perfect platter.
