Lobster Guy’s Rolls & Fries — a Woodland Hills seafood eatery helmed by Michael Grajewski’s Culver Concepts — will soon open another location at 2217 Artesia Blvd in Redondo Beach, formerly home to Calimex Cocina Mexicana

The restaurant operates under the umbrella entity Lobster & Beer which has locations in Palms and Santa Monica

Grajewski tells WNLA that, unlike the maiden operation, the incoming Lobster Guy’s outpost will eventually serve beer and wine, and will also offer a slightly larger menu.

While the sister store will retain all of the Lobster Guy’s beloved staples, it will also welcome several new items upon opening.

Additionally, Grajewski tells us that he and his team are eyeing Long Beach’s 2nd Street, Hollywood, and Downtown LA for their several other incoming Lobster Guy’s locations.

As for Lobster Guy’s Woodland Hills, the fast-casual restaurant serves up a handful of signature rolls ranging from the simplistic Connecticut Style (lobster, butter, mayo, green onion, and Old Bay seasoning) to the more complex Cali Truffle (lobster, truffle oil, herb, avocado, cucumber, carrots, red onion, lettuce, celery, Old Bay seasoning, and green onion).

The eatery also provides roasted wings, fries, sandwiches (All Day Egg, Rosemary Chicken, Grilled Fish, BLP [turkey bacon, lettuce, roasted red peppers, and mayo], Grilled Cheese, Short Rib, and Lobster Grilled Cheese), sides, soups, sauces, shrimp dishes, and a bevy of housemade beverages.
