“We [are expanding] to serve our customers,” Marisol Zaragoza of Xevichez Sushi Bar tells What Now Los Angeles.

This exciting news comes just before the opening of the brand’s fourth location, which will sling Mexican-Japanese fusion fare at 422 W Rancho Vista Blvd c 300, Palmdale, CA 93551.

Currently, the company has locations in Sylmar, Valencia, and Northridge. As for where else Xevichez hopes to grow roots, Zaragoza tells WNLA she and Co-Founder Cynthia Flores are eyeing “the Antelope Valley and beyond.”

Some notable menu items from the Xevichez team include the Aguachili Roll, which highlights a Sinaloan dish comprised of raw shrimp cooked in chiltepin peppers, lime juice, and salt, and the Mariachi Loco Roll that features Red Snapper, pico de gallo, and spicy house sauce.
