Good Food Holdings — the parent company of big brands like Bristol Farms, New Leaf Community Markets, and Lazy Acres — has its eye on the Modera Argyle Apartments to open a currently undisclosed market concept, according to a representative for Bristol Farms.

The midrise complex community features 276 apartment homes, “25,000 square feet of luxury grocer retail space…the market’s only speakeasy,” a coffee shop, and a cyber cafe. It’s unclear if the incoming speakeasy will be directly associated with GFH’s pending project.

An ABC application filed by Bristol Farms for the 6775 Selma Avenue location lists New Leaf Community Market as the potential space-filler. However, the company has declined to definitively disclose which — if any — of its current concepts will open up shop at the address.

This article will be updated as Bristol Farms shares more information.

This article has been edited to reflect updates provided by Bristol Farms. The concept coming to 6775 Selma Avenue will be helmed by Good Food Holdings but is not New Leaf Community Market as previously stated.
