Farmer Boys, the Southern California-based fast casual restaurant chain known for its burgers and service, has expanded its Los Angeles presence with its newest location in Huntington Park. Now open at 2901 E. Slauson Ave., the location serves all day breakfast, burgers, hearty salads and sandwiches, scratch made onion rings and zucchini sticks, hand-scooped ice-cream shakes, and more.

The Huntington Park restaurant is owned and operated by Omar Mawas, who currently operates Farmer Boys locations in California and Arizona. Mawas joined the brand in 2007 and attributes his success within the franchise to nurturing his team and building community relationships, including recently becoming an official partner of CSUN Athletics.

“Every one of my new restaurant openings has marked growth for the Farmer Boys family with connections made between new team members, guests, and local partners,” said Mawas in a statement. “The location is right across from Huntington Park High School, a Home Depot and Target, which puts Farmer Boys at the center of the soon-to-be hub of Huntington Park. This community lacks sit-down restaurants that serve fresh and quality food, and we hope to fill that void. Farmer Boys provides locals with great food that comes from local farms, while also creating jobs in the area. I’m thrilled for the opportunity to serve the South-Central part of Los Angeles!”

The restaurant offers drive-thru, dine-in service, phone, and take-out, with plans to offer delivery coming soon. The Huntington Park location is open daily starting at 6am and will stay open late.

For over 40 years, Farmer Boys has served high quality, farm fresh food in a fast casual setting. The menu consists of burgers, cooked-to-order breakfast served all day, hand-chopped salads, specialty sandwiches, and more, all prepared with quality ingredients that are locally sourced whenever possible. Produce is delivered fresh and whole to each restaurant every morning. Farmer Boys’ guests can count on fresh, cooked-to-order meals.
