This just in: Eat Fantastic, a SoCal craft burger joint helmed by Efthemios Tsiboukas, will soon open two new locations in Long Beach and Glendora.

A recently filed ABC application suggests that the Glendora outpost, set to take over Angelo’s Burgers on Route 66, is rapidly emerging. The Long Beach store, on the other hand, will set up shop on the beloved Retro Row, occupying Golden Burger just across from the defunct Portfolio Coffeehouse.

Eat Fantastic posits itself as the “next generation of fantastic featuring a curated menu of the classics along with some new eats.”

The eatery, which has locations in Arcadia, El Segundo, the Long Beach Marketplace, Lomita, Tustin, North Torrance, and Norco, offers customers a concise menu consisting of breakfast items, burgers, sandwiches, tenders, salads, sides, ice cream, and drinks. All but the Marketplace location includes a drive-thru, and the two incoming outposts will also allow customers to stay in their car.
