Crowns & Hops, a black-owned brewery based out of Inglewood, is opening inside terminal 4 at LAX, according to a recent liquor license application. Owner Teo Hunter confirmed the news but did not offer additional details at this time.

Hunter founded the brewery with Beny Ashburn in 2016 and has been a disruptor in the craft beer industry ever since. TIME said that the brand is “Changing the face of beer.” Their motto, “Own your crown,” is meant to encourage excellence, cultural ownership and authentic representation of self.

Crowns & Hops makes a number of different brews including the Mama’s Punch tart ale, Santa Slays stout, 8 Trill Pils, The Dopest Hazy IPA, BPLB IPA, and Inglewood Sun West Coast IPA. The brewers recently teamed up with Vine Street Brewing Co. to introduce “One Pint At A Time,” a Buckwheat Honey Blonde Ale, in honor of the “One Pint At A Time” documentary that spotlights Black-owned breweries’ contributions and challenges in the craft beer industry.

Notably, the brand launched the Circle of Crowns Beverage Group last month, the nation’s largest black-owned beverage group comprised of Crowns & Hops, Full Circle Brewing, Speakeasy Ales & Lager, and Sonoma Cider.
