Jon & Vinnys, a Michelin recommended Italian spot, is coming to 11334 Moorpark St, reports the Tolucan Times.
The menu will likely be similar to its other locations, with a la carte items like grilled ciabatta, braised Tuscan kale, and bruleed grapefruit; plates like ricotta bruschetta, Anson Mills polenta, and olive oil fried eggs; a variety of pizzas with toppings ranging from Yukon gold potatoes to smoked ham; desserts like Nonna’s lemon ricotta cookie, rainbow cookies, and affogato; and coffee and tea.
Jon & Vinny’s has three open locations across Los Angeles. The eatery was first opened by James Beard award winning chefs Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo, who helm Ventures Restaurant Group. The pair have also launched a number of popular concepts including animal, Son of a Gun, Jon & Vinny’s, helen’s wines, Cookbook Market, and a full-service catering company, Carmelized Productions.
An opening date hasn’t been announced for the new eatery, but signage recently went up and the restaurant has a liquor license application in the works.
