Not surprised about P’Cheen. This place used to have a sterling reputation but its gone down hill. I went for lunch there last week. Service was awful and the food was tasteless. Their barbecue concept on the west side has good service but the barbecue was awful and the sides were uninspired.
P’cheen retested 6-days later with a 97

Unbelievable… Fulton Co. Govt. Cafe gets a 59. Now that’s pathetic!
